Please bring an exercise ball and a couple pillows. If you don’t have an exercise ball, DO NOT purchase one for the workshop.

Registration

The cost for the three-hour workshop per birthing couple (two participants) is $120. Payment in full is required to secure your spot. Maximum of 8 birthing couples.

Cancellation Policy

A refund, minus a $75 administration fee, will be provided to couples who cancel before September 1st, 2025 and their spot will be offered to the first couple on the waitlist.

No refunds will be provided to couples who cancel after September 1st, 2025.
